Welcome!

"In the beginning, God CREATED (Genesis 1:1 NIV)!" Indeed He did, and this is exactly what I'm going to do through this blog. Get creative! I'm going to share stories from my own life experiences- trial and error, baby! I won't try to pretend that I have it all together or that I know everything there is to know. What I can say is that I'm going to do my best to apply God's Word to my life, be honest about my life experiences, and share all sorts of music and other fun stuff along the way.

What You Need to Know...

I know and love a God that is REAL. I profess the truths of the bible; that Christ came, died, rose, and will come back again some day.

I'm married to an incredibly encouraging, enthusiastic and driven man, Jordan. Not to mention, he looks like Taylor Lautner, but an oh so much hotter version. 

I am a country music-loving singer/songwriter, entertainer/performer and artist who couldn't imagine not having the tight harmonies and twangy stories that make country music, country.

I have a fur-baby named Nala. Sometimes known as Nala Bear, Nala Marie, Nala Rose, and Kitty.

We are HUGE Razorback fans.

On the other hand, I AM NOT...

A mom. yet.

A schooled theologian. Heck, I couldn't even spell that word without using spell check!

A crafty, homemade soap-making, recipe creator. Though these things are great, you won't find those helpful home hints here. However, I may post a favorite recipe upon occasion.
